Eramet: changes to the Executive Committee















(Boursier.com) — Eramet presented its new strategic roadmap at the end of February, which records the current sale of the activities of the High Performance Alloy Division, the refocusing on growth-enhancing mining and metallurgical activities, as well as the acceleration of development in transition metals energy.

Given the decision of Philippe Gundermann and Thomas Devedjian to give another direction to their careers, the Executive Committee is changing. Under the direction of Christel Bories, CEO of Eramet, Kleber Silva has been appointed Director of Operations. He manages the Nickel, Manganese, Mineral Sands, Manganese Alloys and Lithium Business Units, as well as development projects in energy transition metals. A Brazilian national, Kleber joined the group in 2018 as Director of the Mining and Metals Division. Previously, he spent more than 25 years in various large mining and steel groups such as Arcelor Mittal and Vale. Nicolas Carré has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, in charge of Information Systems and Purchasing, as of May 2. He succeeds Thomas Devedjian who has decided to seize a new professional opportunity. He has more than 20 years of experience in senior positions in finance in various sectors and countries. He joined Eramet in 2019 as Chief Controlling Officer of the Mining and Metals Division. Geoff Streeton is appointed Director of Strategy, Innovation and Business Development, effective March 31. He succeeds Philippe Gundermann who has decided to leave the group to carry out a personal project. An Australian national, Geoff Streeton joined Eramet on March 1. Previously, he held various operational and business development positions in the mining industry within large industrial groups such as BHP and Mitsubishi.

Anne-Marie le Maignan is confirmed in her position as Director of Human Resources, Health and Safety. She has held this position since 2019. Virginie de Chassey has been confirmed in her position as Director of Sustainable Development and Corporate Engagement, in charge of Public Affairs and Communication. Jean de L’Hermite is confirmed in his role as Legal Director. Jérôme Fabre, Director of the High Performance Alloys Division, will continue to manage the activities of this Division until the sale in the coming months.
