EROLD (FR0010211037 – ALPLA), announces that the Board of Directors, chaired by Mr. Hervé Dumesny, has, during its meeting today, appointed one of its members, Mr. Amalric Poncet, to the General Management of the Group.
As agreed in June, he will succeed Mr. Patrice Angot, who had accepted on a temporary basis to take over as Chief Executive Officer following the sudden death of Mr. Thierry Casseville at the end of 2022.
Mr. Amalric Poncet, 54, will exercise this function in parallel with his position as Deputy Managing Director of the Marie Claire Group (GMC). Amalric Poncet has more than 25 years of experience in the digitalization of press and magazine publishers. He created and managed the company MagicMaman for 10 years before selling it to GMC in 2009. He then became Digital Director of GMC before joining its General Management in 2014.
This appointment is in line with GMC’s strategic commitment to Erold. It confirms the strategic desire to greatly accelerate collaboration and synergies between teams. Amalric Poncet will work closely with Stéphanie Tricot, Deputy General Manager.
As indicated in the press release of April 28, 2023, the Group is continuing its recovery thanks to financial assistance of €1.2 million distributed between:
– the current account contribution of the Holding EVELYNE PROUVOST

– the subscription of bonds in shares (OCA) for €0.66 million successfully carried out at the end of April 2023
All subscribers benefit from the “new money” privilege provided for in Article L 611-11 of the Commercial Code.
The Group also obtained the freezing of repayment deadlines until August 2024 by the banking partners as well as an adjustment of the payment of the rents of the premises in which the Group is housed.
The Board of Directors also specifies that the first window for conversion of OCAs into shares, at the rate of 1 new share for 1 OCA, will be open from 1

June 2023 to June 30, 2023. Any conversion request made after June 30 will be taken into account from June 1
er
June of the following year.
