(Boursier.com) — The digital media group Erold announces that the Bobigny Commercial Court has decided, by judgment dated January 11, 2024, the judicial transfer to the Gaillard Group and its manager, the company Kerlinkin Médical, of part of the assets and activities of the companies Erold, Planet Advertising , and Planet Publishing.
Erold announces that the Bobigny Commercial Court pronounced in a judgment of the same day, the conversion of the company’s judicial recovery procedure, opened by judgment of October 24, 2023, into judicial liquidation procedure.
Given the opening of this judicial liquidation procedure, there will be no resumption of trading. Euronext will soon delist Erold shares. Company shares are now worthless.
