(Boursier.com) — The Board of Directors ofEroldchaired by Mr. Hervé Dumesny, met this morning to decide on the evolution of Governance following the sudden death of Thierry Casseville, who held the position of Chief Executive Officer.
The Board of Directors first wished to reiterate its deep sadness and its most sincere condolences to the family and friends of Thierry Casseville. It unanimously decided to entrust one of its members, Mr. Patrice Angot, with the general management of the company on a temporary basis in order to continue the action initiated by Mr. Thierry Casseville.
Patrice Angot is co-founder, shareholder and director of Erold.
Patrice Angot has already been assisting Thierry Casseville in recent weeks in carrying out the Group’s audit and preparing the recovery plan for 2023, bringing his extensive marketing and sales experience. Patrice will work in close collaboration with Stéphanie Tricot, Deputy General Manager, and will continue the work carried out by having in particular the task of accelerating synergies in liaison with the GMC Group.
The resumption of quotation will take place on Thursday, December 15 at the opening of the markets.
