(Boursier.com) — Erold an independent digital media group, as part of the legal recovery procedures opened with regard to the company Erold and each of its subsidiaries Planet Advertising and Planet Publishing, informs that 4 offers have been presented for examination to the Bobigny Commercial Court on Tuesday December 19, 2023.
The Bobigny Commercial Court has reserved its decision until January 10, 2024. These 4 offers relate to the partial takeover of assets and activities of the companies Erold, Planet Advertising and Planet Publishing.
Requests from the receiver relating to the conversion into compulsory liquidation of the receivership procedures of the companies Erold, Planet Advertising and Planet Publishing were also examined by the Bobigny Commercial Court on Tuesday December 19, 2023. Erold draws attention investors on the fact that taking into account the offers, and taking into account the level of liabilities, the possible sale proceeds received within the framework of the collective procedure will undoubtedly not make it possible to reimburse the shareholders.
