Armistice Capital, acting on behalf of the Armistice Capital Master Fund of which it manages, declared the AMF to have crossed upwards, on December 17, 2021, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and the voting rights of the company Erytech Pharma and to hold, on behalf of the said fund, 9.92% of the capital and 9.47% of the voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from the subscription to a capital increase of the company Erytech Pharma.
