(CercleFinance.com) – Armistice Capital, acting on behalf of the Armistice Capital Master Fund, which it manages, declared that on April 7, 2022 it crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Erytech Pharma and hold, on behalf of said fund, 746,531 Erytech Pharma shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 2.41% of the capital and 2.30% of the voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from a sale of Erytech Pharma shares on the market.
