(CercleFinance.com) – ESI Group, specialist in virtual prototyping solutions, announces that its board of directors has received the resignation of Alain de Rouvray from his mandate as director, with an effective date of December 16.
As a reminder, Alain de Rouvray founded the company in 1973, and was chairman and managing director until January 31, 2019. He was chairman of the board of directors until February 8.
The board of directors will be composed of eight members (seven directors, including six independent, and a censor), including its chairman Alex Davern and the general manager Cristel de Rouvray.
