(CercleFinance.com) – Esi Group announces the signing of the contract for the acquisition of a majority stake in its capital by Keysight Technologies, at the price of 155 euros per share, after consultation with the social and economic committee of Esi Group, on September 19.
As a reminder, Keysight submitted a firm offer at the end of June relating to the acquisition, from the main shareholders of ESI Group, of a controlling block representing a total of 50.6% of the share capital and 55.8% of the rights of theoretical votes.
The acquisition is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2023, subject to obtaining required regulatory approvals. This step would be followed by the submission of a public purchase offer.
