ESI Group: Samson Rock Capital on the 5% rights

(Boursier.com) — By letter received on November 21 by the AMF, the company Samson Rock Capital LLP based in London, acting on behalf of the funds it manages, declared having crossed upwards, on November 16, the threshold of 5% of the company’s voting rights ESI Group and hold, on behalf of said funds, 333,052 ESI shares, or 5.47% of the capital and 5.01% of the voting rights. This crossing results from an increase in the number of ESI shares held by assimilation. Under article L. 233-9 I, 4 bis of the commercial code and article 223-14 IV and V of the general regulations, Samson Rock Capital has specified that it holds 333,052 ESI shares resulting from the holding of contracts ‘ equity swap’ with cash settlement, exercisable until April 3, 2024.
