(CercleFinance.com) – The company Samson Rock Capital LLP, acting on behalf of the funds it manages, declared to the AMF to have crossed downward, on January 4, 2024, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company ESI Group and no longer hold, on behalf of said funds, any shares of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from a reduction in the number of ESI Group shares held by assimilation.
