(Boursier.com) — ESI-Group informs its shareholders that the company’s Combined General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 28, at 1:30 p.m. at the head office in Rungis.
The prior notice of the meeting, including the agenda and the draft resolutions that will be submitted to the vote of the shareholders, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) of May 23, 2022. The notice of meeting will be published in the BALO and in a newspaper of legal announcements on June 13, 2022.
In order to promote shareholder dialogue, shareholders are invited to send their questions by email ([email protected]), until June 24.
