(AOF) – Esker (French company specializing in the dematerialization of documents) and Quadient (company specializing in logistics equipment and mail processing) announce their positioning as future Partner Dematerialization Platform (PDP) of the administration. At the heart of the exchanges, the PDP, which will be approved by the State, will have the role of sending or receiving electronic invoices between the parties while transmitting the mandatory invoicing data to the Public Invoicing Portal (PPF), as well as the e-reporting of transaction data.

Quadient and Esker have been collaborating for more than 7 years within their joint subsidiary NCS. This strategic partnership between the two entities allows Quadient to rely on Esker’s technological know-how to support companies in the automation and dematerialization of their customer invoices and supplier invoices.

This new synergy within NCS reinforces this collaboration, and will guarantee companies of all sizes a serene and secure transition from the management of their invoices to compliance with future regulatory obligations dictated by the tax authorities, according to the defined schedule. , whether received or transmitted by post, PDF email, portal, EDI or otherwise.

As members of the National Forum for Electronic Invoicing and active participants in the workshops of the General Directorate of Public Finances (DGFiP) and the Agency for State Financial IT (AIFE), Esker and Quadient are committed to the registration process, starting in September 2023, which will give them state accreditation on schedule.

In addition to these regulatory services, companies will benefit in particular from a set of additional services, such as centralized management of all flows, automation of management processes, complete traceability of exchanges, archiving of invoices .
