(AOF) – On the strength of its confidence in its strategy and its market positioning, Esker distributes to its shareholders a dividend of 0.60 euros per share, up 20% compared to the previous year. This dividend represents 25% of the profit generated during the 2021 financial year, in line with the usual distribution policy. The coupon detachment date has been set for June 23, with a “record date” of June 24, and payment will take place on June 27.

This announcement was made following Esker’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which was held on June 15, 2022.

Jean-Michel Bérard, Chairman of the Management Board, confirmed that Esker is maintaining, at this stage, its organic growth target of 15% to 16% for the 2022 financial year.

Order intake is expected to grow by double digits in 2022, in line with the performance achieved in the first quarter.

On this basis, profitability will be at a similar level to that of previous years and the net result will therefore once again increase significantly.
