Esker: retained by Lactalis Iberia








(Boursier.com) — The Lactalis Iberia group, the Spanish subsidiary of Lactalis, automates and optimizes its Customer Service processes with Esker. Thanks to AI-driven automation, the Lactalis Iberia group has significantly reduced the time it takes to manage its customer orders. The group has thus developed greater organizational flexibility and improved the efficiency of its Supply Chain.

In 2021, the Lactalis Iberia group chose Esker to automate the processing of customer orders for 4 of its subsidiaries: Lactalis Forlasa (cheese), Lactalis Puleva (milk), Lactalis Nestlé (yogurts and desserts) and since this year: Lactalis Food Service Iberia (CHR – Cafés, hotels and restaurants). The objective of this project was twofold: to improve efficiency and unify the processes of the four companies, while maintaining the specificities of each. “The Esker solution gives us visibility and analysis capabilities through personalized dashboards that managers can easily consult to track results and progress. Each company has its own dashboard for which security and confidentiality of information are guaranteed 100%”, comments the Lactalis group.
