PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–The manufacturer of corrective lenses and optical instruments EssilorLuxottica and the Italian specialist in high-end down jackets Moncler announced on Wednesday the signing of an exclusive licensing agreement covering the design, manufacturing and global distribution of Moncler eyewear.
“The agreement will take effect on January 1, 2024 and continue until December 2028, with an option to automatically renew for five additional years,” the two groups said in a press release.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
