Aug 1 (Reuters) – U.S. cosmetics maker Estee Lauder is in talks to acquire luxury brand Tom Ford, The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.
This transaction, which could amount to 3 billion dollars (2.9 billion euros), would represent the most important acquisition ever made by Estee Lauder, specifies the WSJ.
