It's a day that has sadly marked France. On January 9, 2003, Estelle Mouzin, a 9-year-old girl, disappeared on the way to school in Guermantes (Seine-et-Marne). Since then, a march has been organized in the town of the family home on the same date each year. Guest on RTL, Eric Mouzin, Estelle's father, spoke of the reason for organizing such an event for 18 years. "It is one of the privileged moments that we have to remind that the case is not resolved and we still do not know what happened to Estelle. Even if part of the puzzle pieces start to fill up " he confided.
Because indeed, after several years of mystery concerning the circumstances of this famous disappearance, the Mouzin affair made great progress on March 5, 2020. Indeed, the serial killer Michel Fourniret had admitted having killed the girl during a hearing. Unfortunately since this admission, Eric Mouzin is surprised to still not know what exactly happened to his daughter. He was also amazed at not to be really informed of the progress of the investigation.
"I am waiting"
Eric Mouzin still continues and always fighting to restore the truth about what happened to Estelle Mouzin, her daughter. "I asked if the judge could clarify what she planned to do in the coming weeks. Today I am waiting for decisions which it intends to take following the last excavations in December ". But Eric Mouzin prefers to be realistic and not to project himself about the progress of the investigation. "If the results don't come, the disappointment will be all the greater" he said before continuing: "What is almost certain today is thatEstelle was kidnapped and murdered by Michel Fourniret. Of course he got rid of Estelle's body. We don't know how ". The father mentioned one of the main problems, the increasingly feverish physical and mental health of the killer of the Ardennes "The concern is that his state of health has deteriorated extremely, so that he can lose part of my memory. And even if he had a part of active memory, he is perverted enough not to tell the truth" he asserted. Let's hope that at least one day, the outcome of this affair will allow this father to begin his mourning …
