PARIS (Reuters) – Veolia and Suez announced on Friday the signing of an agreement for the acquisition by Suez of all of Veolia’s hazardous waste assets in France, as part of the remedies granted by the group to the European Commission on competition.
These assets represent an enterprise value of 690 million euros, it is specified in a press release.
