BRUSSELS, Sept 9 (Reuters) – European Union energy ministers, meeting in Brussels on Friday with the aim of reducing the impact of the war in Ukraine, proposed in particular a temporary cap on the price of Russian gas and the creation of a “solidarity contribution” applied to gas and oil groups, according to a draft final press release consulted by Reuters.
