“Euphoria” is getting a 3rd season from HBO. In an interview, the actor revealed how things will continue for Cal (Eric Dane) after the dramatic season 2 finale.

- “Euphoria” season 2 ended dramatically. Among other things, Nate made sure that his father Cal was arrested.
- In an interview, actor Eric Dane revealed how things will continue for Cal in Season 3.
- The new episodes will appear on the US broadcaster HBO in early 2023 at the earliest.
In the finale of Euphoria season 2, Cal (Eric Dane) and his son Nate (Jacob Elordi) confront each other. Nate wants revenge for his father’s behavior and for leaving the family. He arranges for Cal to be arrested for the sex tapes.
Therefore, viewers could assume that Season 3 will see Cal find himself behind bars. But that’s not necessarily the case, according to Dane (“Grey’s Anatomy”).
“There will be redemption. I mean, that’s the path he took. I can’t imagine Cal’s life in solitary confinement. It’s hard to fit Cal into the story when he’s behind bars,” Eric said Dane to US magazine Variety.
Dane also hopes Cale and Nate can mend their relationship in the new season. It will be a while before we find out if that will happen. Season 3 is not expected to be released on HBO in the US until early 2023. We tell you what is known so far about the new episodes.
