Eurazeo: back from AGM


(Boursier.com) — The Combined General Meeting of Shareholders ofEurazeo met today at Pavillon Gabriel under the Chairmanship of Jean-Charles Decaux, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and was broadcast live on the company’s website where it will also be available for rebroadcast. The quorum stood at 78.82%.
All 31 resolutions presented on an ordinary and extraordinary basis were approved, in particular the payment of an ordinary dividend of 2.42EUR per share, an increase of 10% compared to the 2023 ordinary dividend. This dividend will be implemented payment on May 16, 2024.

The General Meeting also approved the renewal of the mandate of Jean-Charles Decaux as member of the Supervisory Board, as well as the appointment of three new members – Isabelle Ealet, Cathia Lawson-Hall and Louis Stern – for a period of four years. The renewal of the functions of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Jean-Charles Decaux at the meeting of the Supervisory Board on March 6, therefore takes effect at the end of this General Meeting and for a period of four years.

He began his career in investment banking before working in private equity and venture capital, as an investor and operator, in the United States and Europe.
