(CercleFinance.com) – Eurazeo announces that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with a view to investing in Sevetys, one of the largest groups of veterinary clinics in France with more than 200 clinics throughout the country.
The investment and asset management group specifies that the investment in this company, founded in 2017 and in full development, would be made by funds managed by Eurazeo Mid Cap SA teams.
The operation remains subject to the consultation of the Sevetys staff representative bodies and the authorization of the competition authorities. The financial elements of this investment could be communicated afterwards.
