(CercleFinance.com) – Eurazeo announces that Eurazeo Transition Infrastructure Fund (ETIF) has completed a new closing bringing its total commitments to around 420 million euros, i.e. around 80% of its initial target size, only 3.5 months after its first closing.
Alongside its fundraising from a more diversified investor base, ETIF has invested in a portfolio of companies in the transitional infrastructure sector, most recently in Etix Everywhere, a regional data center operator in Europe.
This investment in the digital transition adds to the three existing assets in the portfolio: Ikaros Solar (energy transition), Resource (circular economy) and Electra (clean transport).
