2024 - Eurazeo: sale of 22 hotels by Grape Hospitality

(CercleFinance.com) – Eurazeo announces that Grape Hospitality, a 70% stake, has sold a portfolio of 22 hotels located in France.

This portfolio, representing the majority of Grape Hospitality’s budget hotels, is acquired by a consortium formed by a hotel operator and a real estate investor.

This strategic operation marks a major step in the development of Grape Hospitality, allowing the Group to refocus on the upper midscale and upscale segments.

This operation is fully in line with the strategy defined by the Eurazeo Real Estate team and the management of Grape Hospitality aimed at transforming the Group and developing its portfolio through operational and real estate repositioning, while
diversifying into innovative segments.
