PARIS (Reuters) – Eurazeo announced on Wednesday the sale of the 51% stake in the American Trader Interactive that it still owned, based on a valuation of 1.897 billion dollars (1.80 billion euros).
“The sale of this 51% should generate approximately $350 million for Eurazeo and its partners, including $238 million for the Eurazeo share,” said the investment company.
