(CercleFinance.com) – The Swiss company Lagfin SCA declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on May 13, 2022, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company Eureking and now holds 1,550 750 Eureking shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 7.75% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition of Eureking shares outside and on the market.
