(CercleFinance.com) – Linden Advisors LP, acting on behalf of funds and clients, declared to the AMF that it exceeded, on May 12, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of EureKING due to from the subscription to the capital increase within the framework of its initial public offering.
The declarant specified that he held, on behalf of said funds and clients, 1,485,000 EureKING shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 7.43% of the capital and voting rights of this SPAC intended for acquisitions in the bioproduction.
