(Boursier.com) — The shareholders ofeureKINGmeeting this November 28 in an Extraordinary General Meeting, after noting that the company has not completed its Initial Business Combination (IBC), have decided to approve the early dissolution of the company as well as the delisting of the listing of all of the Company’s financial instruments admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
The Selarl FHB, in the person of Me Théophile Fornacciari, judicial administrator, was appointed as liquidator, in order to carry out these operations.
The liquidator will liquidate the company. Thus, after having paid off the creditors and settled its liabilities, it will proceed to distribute the sums remaining available
Please note that holders of category B preferred shares (Market Shares) will receive 10 euros.
