(CercleFinance.com) – UBS Group declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on March 15, 2023, indirectly, through the intermediary of the company UBS AG which it controls, the thresholds of 10% of the capital and rights of the Eureking company and hold, directly and indirectly, 10.59% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an off-market acquisition of Eureking shares.
