(CercleFinance.com) – The Swiss company UBS Group AG declared to the AMF that it crossed downwards, on July 28, 2023, indirectly, through the intermediary of the company UBS AG which it controls, the thresholds of 5 % of the capital and voting rights of Eureking.
This crossing of thresholds results from a reduction in the number of Eureking shares held by assimilation and UBS Group no longer holds any Eureking shares.
