(CercleFinance.com) – The Swiss company UBS Group AG declared that it crossed downwards, on April 17, 2023, indirectly, through the intermediary of the company UBS AG which it controls, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Eureking.
This crossing of thresholds results from a reduction in the number of Eureking shares held by assimilation, to the result of which the trading exemption applies for the declarant; the declarant no longer holds any Eureking shares.
