(CercleFinance.com) – The company BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on May 12, 2022, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Euroapi and now hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.31% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition of Euroapi shares on the market.
