(CercleFinance.com) – The company BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it crossed downwards, on May 23, 2023, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and rights of the Euroapi company and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 4.72% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing is the result of a sale of Euroapi shares on the market and a reduction in the number of Euroapi shares held as collateral.
