(CercleFinance.com) – Euroapi announces the launch of EUROAPI Action 2022, its first global employee shareholding plan, an operation which ‘aims to promote the feeling of belonging among employees and to associate them with the success and development of the group long-term’.
The Board of Directors has set the subscription price at 10.76 euros, i.e. a discount of 20% compared to the reference price, and the maximum nominal amount of the capital increase will be limited to 0.56% of the capital. company, i.e. 522,600 shares.
The subscription period will be open from June 10 to 24, in seven countries, and the capital increase should take place on July 21. The newly created shares will carry current dividend rights from their issue (voting rights and dividends).
