(CercleFinance.com) – Euroapi announces that its Board of Directors has approved an investment of 40 million euros for the implementation of a new vitamin B12 production technology at its Saint-Aubin-lès-Elbeuf site , in Seine-Maritime.
This project should enable the company to increase its production capacity by 2025, while reducing its environmental footprint. This investment benefits from financial support from the public authorities of a total of 7.9 million euros.
Next-generation fermentation technology will increase site production by 60% with a more robust, greener and simpler manufacturing process. Vitamin B12 production is expected to reach full capacity by 2027.
