(CercleFinance.com) – The specialty in vitro medical diagnostics company Eurobio Scientific announces that it has canceled 694,300 treasury shares, representing 6.34% of the share capital, a cancellation which will be effective on January 11.
Its share capital will now be composed of 10,248,871 shares. Following this cancellation, Eurobio Scientific still directly holds 184,883 of its own shares, to which are added shares held under the liquidity contract.
