(AOF) – Eurobio Scientific announces that it has today canceled 694,300 treasury shares, representing 6.34% of the share capital, in accordance with the authorization given by the general meeting of June 13, 2023 under the terms of its tenth resolution. The French group specializing in specialty in vitro medical diagnostics specifies that its share capital now amounts to 3.27 million euros divided into 10.24 million shares. Following this cancellation, Eurobio Scientific still directly holds 184,883 of its own shares.
The 694,300 shares were canceled as part of the announced objectives for the use of treasury shares, namely the coverage of free share plans for the group’s employees, exchanges of shares in the context of company acquisitions, and finally the cancellation of actions.
