Euronext: 5.9% increase in adjusted EPS in 2023


(CercleFinance.com) – Euronext publishes a turnover of 1,474 ME for the 2023 financial year, a figure up +3.9% compared to 2022 and +1.6% like-for-like.

At the same time, adjusted EBITDA shows an anecdotal increase of 0.4% to stand at €864 million, suggesting an adjusted EBITDA margin of 58.6% (vs. 58.7% a year earlier) .

The group recorded an adjusted net profit, group share, of €584 million, up 5.3%, revealing an adjusted EPS of 5.51 euros (+5.9%).

‘In accordance with our dividend policy, we will propose a total dividend of 256.8 million euros, representing 50% of our published net profit, at our next annual general meeting to be held in May 2024,’ indicated Stéphane Boujnah , the CEO.
