(CercleFinance.com) – Euronext publishes revenue of 1,418 ME for the 2022 financial year, up 9.3% in published data and down 0.2% on a comparable basis (at constant exchange rates).
At the same time, adjusted EBITDA came to 861 ME, up 11.7% as published and down 1.2% on a comparable basis.
Net income group share amounted to 555 ME, up 5.3%, while adjusted EPS was 5.21 euros, down 4.8% compared to the previous year.
‘We will propose a total dividend of 236.6 million euros at our next annual general meeting to be held in May 2023, representing 50% of our reported net income, excluding the impact of NTI losses’, commented Stéphane Boujnah, Director General and Chairman of the Management Board of Euronext.
