(CercleFinance.com) – Euronext announces the completion of a buyback program for 330,000 of its own shares, at an average price of 63.77 euros, buybacks carried out by an independent agent between June 12 and July 7 .
The pan-European stock market group recalls that the shares thus bought back are intended to respond to a long-term incentive plan, within the framework of the authorization granted by the general meeting of 17 May.
