(CercleFinance.com) – Euronext announces that its supervisory board will propose the appointment of Benoît van den Hove as CEO and chairman of the board of directors of Euronext Brussels and member of the management board of Euronext, during its annual general meeting of May 17.
He will succeed Vincent Van Dessel who will step down as CEO of Euronext Brussels on July 1, 2023 and as Chairman of the Board on December 1, due to reach retirement age next December.
Benoît van den Hove has been head of listing for Belgium and Luxembourg at Euronext since July 2018. Before joining the exchange group, he spent 17 years with ING bank and two years with the law firm Linklaters.
