(CercleFinance.com) – EuropaCorp announces that its board of directors, on the recommendation of the remuneration and nominations committee, has appointed Jean-Marc Lacarrère as new general manager, effective March 1.
Jean-Marc Lacarrère was notably director of new formats and content at Vivendi Content and founded the production company Harvest Mood Films in 2020. Luc Besson, interim CEO since December 14, 2023, will retain the presidency of the board.
The board of directors also unanimously decided to appoint Jacques-Henri Eyraud as director. This mandate will be confirmed and renewed during the next EuropaCorp AGM in September 2024.
