(CercleFinance.com) – The limited company under Luxembourg law Green Mobility declared that on June 15, 2022 it crossed the thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 1/3 , 50% and 2/3 of the capital and voting rights of Europcar Mobility Group and hold 4,382,557,662 Europcar Mobility Group shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 87.38% of the capital and 87.36% of the voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from the acquisition of Europcar Mobility Group shares as part of the public tender offer initiated by the company Green Mobility Holding SA
