(CercleFinance.com) – Syquant Capital, acting on behalf of the funds it manages, declared to the AMF, as a regularization, to have crossed downwards, on June 15, 2022, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Europcar Mobility Group and hold, on that date, on behalf of said funds, Europcar Mobility Group representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 3.87% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from the contribution of Europcar Mobility Group shares held by the declarant within the framework of the public tender offer initiated by the company Green Mobility Holding SA
