The winner of the European Darts Championship 2021 is Rob Cross. The former world champion disenchanted Michael van Gerwen in the final on Sunday evening in the Salzburgarena and won 11: 8.
Cross showed more consistency throughout the game, and his victory was ultimately the logical consequence. Van Gerwen, who had eliminated Gerwyn Price in a top-class quarter-final two rounds earlier, was struggling with his form in the meantime. Cross, on the other hand, can look forward to prize money of £ 120,000.
