European stock markets ended higher on Wednesday, welcoming the slowdown in the job market in the United States, considered a good omen for a possible reduction in key rates in the year by the powerful American central bank.

The Frankfurt Stock Exchange gained 0.93%, Paris 0.87% and London advanced 0.29%.
