European stock markets frozen at the close pending the Fed and the ECB

European stock markets froze on Tuesday pending the verdict of the US Federal Reserve (Fed) on Wednesday, before that of the European Central Bank (ECB) and that of England on Thursday.

In Europe, Paris and Frankfurt ended in equilibrium (+0.01%). The two places respectively show gains of more than 9% for the CAC 40 and more than 8% for the German Dax in January. London fell very modestly by 0.17%, and rose more than 4% since the start of the year.
