European stock markets open around balance

European stock markets are hesitant at the opening on Thursday, before the Bank of England meeting where investors are hoping for indications on the timetable for key rate cuts.

Paris fell by 0.09%, Milan and London gained 0.01% and Frankfurt 0.05%. All have clearly progressed during the last sessions.
