European stock markets: Paris and Frankfurt close down, London perfectly stable

European stock markets closed generally lower on Monday, after last week’s gains, digesting PMI activity indicators which highlighted the weakness of economic activity in Europe.

The Paris Stock Exchange fell by 0.48%, Frankfurt by 0.35% and Milan by 0.29%. London closed perfectly in balance (+0.00%).
